Nanaimo-based Coastal Installations is the first choice on B.C. mainland and Vancouver Island for modular building transport, assembly, set-up, and maintenance.

The variety of pre-fabricated construction rivals that of conventional construction. Modular construction can be multi-story, custom-designed buildings with pitched roofs and architectural flair; instant additions at need; or utilitarian temporary structures able to be relocated at will.

Coastal Installation has provided installation services on everything from a 35,000 square foot, four-storey lodge to a B.C. Ferries ticket booth.

Coastal Installation is as convenient as hiring a contractor. The nine-member team can offer a turn-key service, from preparation of the foundation to delivery to final skirting, stairs, and landscaping.

Specialized contractors are brought in as required to successfully complete the modular installation.

Quality is often higher than a conventional stick-built structure.

Since he entered the industry in 1993, owner Mike Davies and his experienced team have erected enough pre-fabricated buildings to construct their own city.

Coastal Installations’ relies on an expert crew, many of whom have been with the company for years, to complete on-time, on-budget installations. The company is known for its dedication to completing projects on schedule – even to working non-stop shifts on a site as required.

Coastal Installations (Prefab) Ltd. has developed its own occupational health and safety policies to protect workers. Safety is the top priority on every construction site.
